Freezing & not loading into game
After playing it for a few days it’s decided to freeze as I finished the submarine, I had spend money on the game and on the current event and it’s all wasted due to not being able to play. It’s been 3 days now and still unable load into the game. This also happened to my partner once he reached the submarine, he has now also lost money because of this. Pretty disappointing and not much help when it come to an issue like this.Show lessHelen Esther
Bug when completing sub
Completed the 4 sub requests, and then sub opens door to left, but screen remains zoomed in on base with quest vehicle there. Can’t do anything. Quit. Now stuck as scene loading during startup. (Happened twice, deleted and restarted)joust1

Lost all my progress
I really enjoyed this game, spent a lot of time playing and upgrading but as soon as I repaired the submarine seats the game froze. I tried restarting the app but then it would get stuck on the loading screen. I tried restarting the app, restarting my phone, I waited a day and it still wouldn’t get past the loading screen. I deleted the app and redownloaded it but now I’ve lost all my progress. And I paid for upgrades too that I just lost. The restore purchases button doesn’t work neither does the customer support button. Very disappointing to have lost the time and money on a game that has the potential to be something great.Show lessTheScruffy
NEVER DEVELOP ANOTHER GAME AGAIN!
This game started off good untill u realise it was slapped together in 5 minutes fish go out of the map where they aren’t reachable making the game impossible wouldn’t recommend DONT PLAY!!!Ejrnfsmhf

I finally got to the unlocking of the sub all of it and as soon as I do my game crashes and now it won’t load up. I don’t wanna delete and reinstall cause of all my progress but I also don’t know how to contact yall to help 🥹Leacrisha
App Stopped Working
As with other reviews, got to a certain point now app will not load past load screen. 2 days still not fixed.kyotta
Doesn’t have a restore progress button but has a restore purchases button
No save option apparently. So better hope if you spend months of time and spend money on this game you never encounter a game breaking bug like let’s say finishing the submarine just for the game to glitch out and not progress and then crash which forces you to restart it and once you do it won’t load anymore so then you go to delete it and boom!!! Instantly you’ve just wasted all your time and money spent! Congratulations I’d call that a scam. Next time focus on a login or a save option vs making sure the shops stocked. Not changing my rating till I get my progress back.Show lessEpLotus
Problem
The game is good and addictive and was working fine until I done the 1.4.0 update and since the update the game is no longer working it just stays on the loading screen and just stays there it’s been like this for 2days now I hope it gets fixed soon as I don’t wanna have to get rid of the game 😔Baby Black monkey
Good game but glitchy
I’ve had a blast playing this game, but recently I’ve encountered a really bad glitch(?) I unlocked the submarine and I didn’t wait for the cutscene to fully zoom out before I pressed the button to continue and my camera was stuck zoomed in. I closed the app to reset the camera and now my game won’t even load, it’s just stuck on “scene loaded” and doesn’t actually open the game. I really don’t want to delete the app especially since I don’t know if that will delete my save and since I did make a purchase I am extra cautious of that.
