I like the idea behind the app, but it doesn’t help me. I do a lot of traveling on the road and will buy gallons of springwater at the store. In Michigan, I try to get my water from the Muskegon River watershed, which ice mountain qualifies for but not Meijer Spring water (Kalamazoo). Basically all the water that I consume is not in this app and it doesn’t help me at all and I’ve already been charged for it, so it’s useless to me. Now I’m at the crossroads of refilling my water bottles with well water or buying a water filter.
App is buggy
I can sign in on the website, but using the same credentials on the app then clicking the SIGN IN button doesn’t work. The app just sits there as if the button isn’t being pressed. Been trying to login for a couple of weeks. Won’t subscribe until I can get in to the app.

Hey thanks for reporting this – the newest version will show an error popup explaining the issue to help you troubleshoot. If it continues please reach out to support and I'll take care of it asap!no longer loads, even after updating. just gonna use EWG for now.

Thanks for the feedback. What doesn't load?When you open the app the shower filters and bottle filters category are broke and can’t scroll down to see the full image cover of the category also when you open a category the items should be in order from best rated to least also could be a arrow like how x (formally Twitter) can organize comments to see most relevant to press to see certain things or organize it like see plastic product or glass products only, tending , etc Also updating phot profile is broken dosent work and is glitchy.

I made an account, did the free 3 day period. Decided within 28 hours I didn’t want it anymore so I hit the delete my account button and still got charged. thanks for stealing 47$’s. Good thing it was my credit card. I will get my money back since I reported y’all.

Sorry for this experience. Unfortunately deleting your account does not cancel your subscription since we can't manage your Apple subscription from our end. Please let me know if there's any I can do to help resolve thisThis is revolutionary for people who care about what’s going in their bodies.
