Blue text on blue text is extremely difficult to read. When viewing a page, it is hard to see/read the navigation bar on the top. People with visual impairments or learning disabilities may have a harder time using the app. Visual accessibility could be improved with higher contrast. I would encourage the app developers to review current industry standards and recommendations for contrast, colors, fonts, etc.
The other recommendation I have is for the "Find Services" tab. It allows you to filter by county, but it does not allow you to filter by specific service needed. Also, not all mental health providers in the area are listed.
