No response to emails
I made a mistake and purchased this app in error. I wanted to find an app that would take my blood pressure, not just give me a way to enter it within their app. I paid the yearly fee for this app that is not going to help me. No one has responded.Unfair sales tactics
I would not have purchased my second OMRON device if I knew a fee was required to access recording on my iPhone.
I am disgusted that I purchased model BP 5450 when the BO786N recorded data without financial cost.Does not sync & is very expensive
This app is $41.00 (with tax) and will not sync with my brand new Omron BP machine
I sent an email to the help desk & heard nothing
I canceled the app less than 48 hours after getting it and you do not get a refund
I do not recommend this app
