I accidentally bought a monthly package that cost me $115. However, as it is said that I will have 3 days of free trial before purchasing, I canceled the package immediately after that and expected it won’t cost me. However, they still took $115 from me. I have already requested a refund from Apple and also called my bank to consider this as a dispute transaction. I will update in the next 2 days whether I can get my money back or not. Besides, this is a great AI app to take notes from school in simple lectures. However, as it is AI, the accuracy rate isn’t reliable for the college level.

I underestimate this app till I actually used it
I may not remember downloading this app but never have I ever been so grateful for a studying app. This app allows folders, created notes, and even quizzes. I upload a video from history class today and realized that this app makes notes based off the video... THIS APP IS SO UNDERRATED.

I’m in year 10 and this helps so much with revision and saves about half an hour pf my time
It is ok
At first it was a really great app and I really liked it, it was my favourite studying app and with this app all my grades got up. But unfortunately after a while, when I would record something, it would either say that I have to pay and all that recording would go to waste, or for some reason it just wouldn’t load. I spent hours reading from the book and it just wouldn’t work. REALLY ANNOYING!!

not reliable
guys don’t get this tool get coconotes instead, it’s not reliable and consistent because it doesn’t record lectures and you wouldn’t realize it until after that none of the notes have been generated. Also there is no option to upload video files of lectures, only mp3 which is inconvenient at times.
A total scam!!
This is the second time this app is charging me the yearly subscription even though I just clicked on the “free 3-days trial” button.
I was confused the first time it happened thinking it might be a mistake, and requested a refund.
But I opened the app again today to check it out. Couldn’t use the services without being subscribed. So I clicked on the free trial button. But was charged for the yearly subscription right away. So now I know it was no mistake before!

Great but maybe don’t use for math
This app works great! Only problem is it generating math equations as it can’t do math symbols like Integrals. Everything else tho is great and you don’t have to pay to use it, just to keep your notes which I don’t because I write them down later. If you’re hard of hearing like me and that teacher or professor won’t speak up, this app is perfect for you!

Inconsistent
It works well but I hate that sometimes it says uploading audio and then it closes off making me loose everything
Notes don’t complete
I had several class records that don’t complete. So I lost all my class records and no replay from support. Really disappointed. Looking for another reliable app.
