Works 9 times out of 10
It’s a great app, however, the audio never uploaded for one of my classes. The class had ended 48 hours prior and the audio was still trying to upload. It never did, the app crashed and I never got the notes for that class. I emailed support but never got a response. Yesterday I recorded the same class again and yet again it’s still uploading. At the time of this review it is 3:14pm est, the last class on Tuesdays and Thursdays end at 3:50pm est. the audio has been trying to upload since 3:50pm est yesterday. Other than that I like the app. Support needs major improvement though. It’s very frustrating when I have a problem but never get a response
Edit: it keeps crashing when trying to upload audio causing me to lose the notes for that class. Absolutely no support from developers even though I’ve emailed and sent a message through the dashboard on my laptop. This has happened twice now. I need the notes for the class. It happened to the same class as well. Fix it and I’ll update my review. I am beyond frustrated

Poor customer service
I love this app. And one giving it a 1 star because I paid for unlimited usage but after using it for 3 weeks, a pop up came up and said my limits had been reached so I upgraded and paid more since I like the app I didn’t mind. However, I still get the same message and have not been able use the app for 3 weeks which impacted my work. Not to mention I paid twice in one month and the app is now useless. I’ve emailed support with no response. I emailed another email that bounced back. I’m writing to get a response from you guys.

This app is only good not great but yeah it only good if you have money bro if you don’t I recommend you go somewhere else becouse you literally can’t use or access anything if you don’t pay for it they may give you like a week free but that all u get I’m broke and if your broke let leave here together pooki.

Best note taker app ever
My honest opinion: I highly recommend anyone who has difficulty in the note taking process to use this app. It’s a game changer. Trust me, I myself am not good at taking notes because I lack the ability to focus to a teacher talk for any hour and half. This app can handle that problem and make the note taking process easier, so I can understand the core concepts which are more important than all the technical jargon that teachers tend to go on about. The Best part: it creates not only notes but also flashcards and quizzes, so I can study the material and do well on any exams coming my way. I definitely highly recommend using this app. Definitely worth the subscription. Your writing hand will thank you.

super unreliable for me
i love the concept but it’s been 3 or 4 lectures now i try to generate notes and wait over 10 mins for a pretty short page of notes, until having to just give up because i don’t have time to wait around when i’m in between classes. $20/mo for a premium subscription (which you basically have to do if you want to use the app more than once a week) is really really realllllly steep, especially for something this unreliable. like i said, love the concept but i just haven’t had a great experience

This app is so much better than my last note taking app. It makes it so easy that you don’t need a subscription to record memos like my last app. I am so glad I come across this app, makes note taking so much easier across all of my classes.
Great for even office meetings!
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of notes, how it was able to capture the essence of some intense discussions on the meetings and how well formatted the final notes were. Also loved the feature where i could share these notes with my colleagues and they found it much better then Otter and co pilot notes created for the same meeting by them! One of the colleagues who missed this meeting read the notes and came back saying that these were so structured and well documented by the app that he did not even feel he missed the meeting:)

I have been getting way more sleep
I turn on this app in history or English where I know they give long lectures every class and sleep through the whole thing then check the notes in the next class.
Struggles With Math
It struggles with math, and will get things wrong especially if you use audio, but other than that, it’s pretty good as a note creator/personal tutor
