App to website cohesion is awful and full of bugs
The website and app are both incredibly buggy and really hard to navigate. I liked the features though, so I bought access to the full premium features through the app, but when I tried to log into the website, it wouldn’t let me login using the credentials I’d entered into the app. As it stands, I can only log into my account on the app, but most of the actual usable features are only available on the website. I tried to reset the password, but every time I tried I got an error message or the website would glitch out. I tried to make a new account, but the website said that my email was already in use, but still wouldn’t let me login into my account or reset my password. I reached out to support to get help logging into my account on the website, but no one ever got back to me, even though I’ve messaged them twice. It’s so poorly put together, that at this point, I’m thinking it might just be a scam.

Great App!
I highly recommend this app… as always, I was skeptical of its functions, as many apps have failed me; however, this one is highly accurate as well as offers helpful studying tools. The three options for your notes are Notes, Chat, and Transcript. These features provide better studying methods. The Notes option allows you to look at an organized system of notes, with highlighted subsections and easy-to-read auto generated graphs or pictograms. The Chat feature allows you to ask questions about the topics discussed, so if you’re still confused, you can make sure that you get that needed clarification. The Transcript option allows you to read the words themselves, spoken by your teacher or professor, which turns out to be quite helpful if you are trying to simply scribe your notes in your own words, or are looking for an unsimplified definition of something. Definitely a great app overall, highly recommend!

It’s not generating my notes
I have classes as long as 1h 30mins and 10 mins between each class. My notes aren’t being generated and I payed for the subscription. It says not to close the app so I don’t I leave it tho and go to different apps like maps to get to my other class on campus and come back to the app and it would still be generating. My class has ended 2 hours ago and it’s still generating. I already lost last times notes and the recording with it. Please help fix this issue soon!

On god this is the best app for note taking
This is so good it takes all my notes and an innocent and organizes them and makes them 10 times better than I would’ve done and it’s super easy to use. This is no cap on God the best note app ever. The only little problem that I have with is maybe like the subscription to it but after that I would do this every day if we didn’t have that, I absolutely love this app

Lovely formatted and high quality notes but…
Great app and want to commit to the year subscription, however why does it only offer the Unlimited subscription only via the app and the Pro subscription only via the website? Sounds like bending App Store rules to me.
I’m not sure how it will work if I subscribe via the website (off the App Store), if it will work on the app, and how easy it will be to cancel the sub either.
