Always there in a pinch!

When I’m finding myself overwhelmed with big emotion and I’m not sure what the root is, I love using this app to explore the many tools that could help me. I’m feeling anxious and not sure why- so I hit the “stress and anxiety” category and see all the amazing tools that I can apply to my feelings right in the moment. It is empowering and comforting to have so much support at my fingertips.

My daily go-to

I love going to the app throughout the day when I’m feeling stuck, “blah,” or looking for inspiration. I really like the journal prompts specifically! I don’t spend too much time on any one exercise depending on how busy I am, but even just playing the audio companion to some of the tools or jotting down answers to exercises gets me back on positive balanced mindset. It has definitely become my daily happy companion :)
