Lacks features

App is ok but their banking function leaves a lot to be desired: there is no ach transfer out so u have to pay wire transfer fees ur bank charges! They connect to plaid to deposit but can’t even be found on plaid if u try connecting their acct! And u can’t even find the acct info with number, interest rate etc?! Basic stuff guys! Great interest rate but I pay for it in other ways w these critical features lacking.

Very buggy app

Still getting used to the bank itself but like many others I’ve experienced lots of bugs with the app. Pages that freeze or throw errors upon loading, inability to access the mailbox (I currently have 4 unread messages that i can’t open, doesn’t feel great, hope they’re not important…) etc. Hoping Pibank’s tech team irons this out soon.

Completely Unusable

I’m a new customer… I can’t even use my account. This bank is a waste of time and I’ll be opening an account elsewhere.

Run Away from this offer.

Extremely Poor costumer service.
Terrible app; that is the only way to access your account.
Im Locked out & cannot access account, called CS 6 times & they said it was impossible for them to help.
Email CS twice, one responde automated/generic & other no response.
Next step, i will try to close an account i open & cannot access….
The APY was too good to be true.
Big headache and disappointment.

Easy to use, highly recommend

Have been using PiBank as my high yield savings account for a couple weeks now and have been very satisfied. App is a very user friendly, customer service has been great, and have been able to take money in and out from my bank accounts

No way to send money to other bank accounts??

The user interface is very simple, too simple. Not even a way to send money to other bank accounts including the one I transferred money from. I tried contacting customer support but have received nothing and am still waiting.

It’s a scam

I’m a US citizen and live in the US. I applied for an account online and after inputing my social security number, date of birth and all my vital information, the system said they cannot open an account for me at the moment. I called customer service the following day. First of all the cs representative who was a guy, was very unprofessional and rude, didn’t introduce himself, I ask for his name for record sake but still refuse to tell. Without verifying who I am he just said their internal system couldn’t verify me that why they cannot open an account for me and when I asked him a question, he just hang up on me without answering. All these actions are red flags of a scam.

Now first of all I’m afraid that they have all my vital information which someone can use to open an account in my name and transact business in my name for fraudulent activities.

So if they are really legitimate then I expect them to call me and verify who I am and open an account for me. This will satisfy me to come and review this information or else for now I consider them to be a scam. Don’t fall for the high interest and apply with your vital information. Don’t input your information and regret later like me.

Pibank a simple, straightforward, banking app that allows you to earn one of the highest rates on the market. This app has the basic needs for a high yield savings account. I have to admit the wire transfer made me feel indifferent, but after I figured I could add from my external account I was satisfied. This app is for the young tech savvy who likes to manage their finances on their mobile device is attracted to the technology offered at Pibank. It’s promising and they have many things to improve along the way. Nevertheless I feel secure because they hold all the licenses needed to operate in the US
