Worst Hotel App
Stayed at the Royalton Blue Waters in Jamaica and was supposed to use this app to make dining reservations. Everything showed as unavailable despite going to the restaurant and there being available tables.
App is confusing, and had I known about the quality of this app I would actually never have booked this hotel.

Still have issues
This app should be completely reviewed by the designer. It freeze when one want to expand the catalog (menu) of a restaurant. When on site, when reopen the app, it doesn’t bring you to your location. You have to reselect your actual location again and again. I am unable to test te new version about the restaurant cancellation, but last week when on site, I was unable to cancel reservation to make a different one for the same day.

I am going to the royal splash in February 2025 and I wanted to see if they had an app so I downloaded it and I don’t know if it’s gonna good this app has a 2/5 reading so I hope it’s good
