Problem switching programs

I swapped the Thor workout for another one, but when I tried to swap back to Thor, it was no longer an option.

Great idea for application. Need to show both sets in Previous Lift area only shows second set.

Great Workout App

Perfect Simple app to track workouts, progress and steps. Timer intervals between individual workouts could be improved and allow for alerting in background mode, but overall fantastic!

Issue with weekly check-ins

I love the app, it's great for recording progress as well as lifts and having your visual week to week. Only issue I'm having is each time I do a new weekly check-in, the previous one seems to disappear. Am I doing it incorrectly, or is it maybe a bug in the app?

Best Fitness App

I’m thoroughly impressed by the Kinobody fitness app and I’d recommend everyone give it a try!

Once you input your metrics and goals, the app will put you on a work out program designed for you whether you’re looking to gain, maintain or lose fat. It will tell you the protein macros you need to hit, and lay out your work out routine in a very easy to follow format with videos. It allows you to swap exercises based on the equipment you have or your work out presences. It even provides an automated rest timer in between sets which keeps you focused.

From an accountability perspective, you’re encouraged to take a weekly picture and input your measurements which is a powerful motivator.

Overall, this app is a game changer that will keep you accountable and growing week over week. I’ll be a life longer user and recommend you give it a try!

Okay

Program is good but nutrition is less than bare bones. Not even one recipe just one short video of one example meal for fasting. Forcing you to wing it and try to hit calories and protein without guidance.

Would really love a food overhaul with recipes and macros and example days and shopping lists.

App is also buggy and less feature packed than heavy and strong.

Straight to the point.

The app works well with my Apple Watch for steps and it has only the key levers for results based on what I’ve seen so far. I am 180 lb right and I will use this information to get to my calculated goal 163 lb. Exited to complete my 12 weeks program!
