Not perfect due to iOS restrictions. Found nothing better that handles my offline music collection. Keep up the great work VLC team.
No longer has google Drive support
Still the best player, but a major feature for me is now no longer working.

Yes, Google blocked us half a year ago and finally re-approved us last week. An update is coming to solve this.
buggy
- deselects selected files when music or media changes (on my case deselects selected music when music changes to another)
- 16:9 Album cover on the current media preview bar gets stretched to 1:1 and looks bad
would want it to be cropped into 1:1 instead and positioned on the center or show full 16:9 or other aspect ratio
- changing songs randomly changes eq or resets to default

Best offline music player
It’s probably the best we have got here for offline music playing. Nothing comes close. Best part is it’s completely free!!

Almost perfect
I'm really in love with this app! It checks a lot of my boxes for what I've been looking for in a music player, especially being able to transfer my music from my pc through the app over wifi (since my phone's charger port doesn't work). Also even if it's not what I downloaded the app for, being able to download videos to watch later offline is a great bonus. The only issue I've had was that when turning my phone on and off, the sound stops for a second and then continues (not the worst issue, doesn't really bother me much). However, I rated 4/5 stars as the "play next in queue" and "append to queue" buttons doesn't work unless shuffle is off, which is kinda inconvenient. Additionally, I know VLC is supposed to be very bare and minimal in terms of its UI, but I'd really love the option of being able to add a photo as a cover for my playlists. Haven't found anything I liked better than this app however, so I'm really happy with what's offered and will continue using it. :)
