  • Game good but swipe is aggravating

    The game is good, plays well, simple, doesn’t shove ads in your face… but I can’t tell you how many times the swipe feature doesn’t work and it almost makes me want to completely delete this game.
  • Latest update has bugged the game.

    Unfortunately, I have to amend my previous 5-star review because the latest big update has bugged many parts of the game. I’ve reached out to the developer through the App Support button in the App Store, which takes you to the game’s Facebook page, but they have not responded to any of my messages. I’m hoping they pay more attention to the App Store and address the bugs. I’ll happily restore my 5-star review when everything is resolved.

    Some of the issues:

    They’ve introduced a new skill tree which uses new items rewarded from existing challenges in order to unlock new skills. Unfortunately, I’ve already completed the majority of the challenges and the new items were not rewarded retroactively, so I have no way of unlocking anything.
    A wand which is a login bonus for day two, which I already had unlocked, was removed from my inventory. It now says it will unlock on day two, but that’s already passed, and the login bonus screen shows it checked off.
    The update reset the guaranteed unlock timer on equipment chests; I was 6 chests away from a guaranteed legendary, and now I’m 50 chests away.
    My favored wand is now bugged as well, and doesn’t do the damage the description says it does. When you defeat a mob, it generates a specter that attacks the nearest enemy, and the description says it does +100% damage. This meant if you did 50k damage, the specter would do 100k damage to its target. It now does the same damage as your attack, which is +0% damage.
    This last point isn’t a bug, but the difficulty of each stage was noticeably increased, and now I’m struggling to beat stages I had already beaten before the update. I imagine this may have been to compensate for the new skill tree, but like I said before, I can’t unlock any of the skills because I’ve already completed the challenges which now reward the items required to do so.

    It was cool until they added the ad to the in-game screen. I can’t control player as well anymore and have now deleted the game. On to the next..

  • Actually pretty fun!

    The core mechanics are very fun, and I love the addition of the dash feature; now when I go back to similar games, I feel like something is missing. Ads are all optional and don’t interrupt your gameplay. The game doesn’t punish you with difficulty and a relentless grind for not spending money.

    The game has a very solid base, and I’m excited to see the it grow and develop further. I hope it’s successful enough that they continue adding to it.
  • Power scaling of enemies make no sense.

    In Area 4, beginning enemies only need about 150 damage to die. In area 5, beginning enemies need closer to 800-1200 damage to die. After ONE area increase, enemies become almost 10x harder to kill and you get overwhelmed way too quickly. Enemy Health bar needs to be nerfed that early into the game. Makes the game very unplayable with the abysmal lack of upgradable equipment
  • Game Mechanics

    It would be better if Dashing was made with a smaller slide of the finger. To dash now you have to slide way across the screen which is tedious while trying not to take damage, and half the time you miss the length of finger strike required to dash and take damage in a situation where you are enclosed.

  • Game play in general

    I love the game but I hate that it keep crashing. Right in the middle of the game.
