great i bought three of these none of them are recognized on my iphone! shame on you

Can’t Copy a Single Vid/Photo

For some reason this app doesn’t allow you to individually select which photos and videos you want to copy from your phone to your drive. You can either “backup videos” or photos (as in all of them at once) or nothing at all.
Go back to letting me individually choose what I want to copy! 0/10

Junk

Worthless junk app. Sandisk tried moving me over here from Xpand for iPhone app which doesn’t work the majority of the time. Buggy and glitchy garbage. Return the product and delete the app. Return the Sandisk drive before you get stuck with non working garbage. I am sending mine back. Item isn’t defective, it’s just a garbage Sandisk product

Really enjoying the new Sandisk app

Great for the ios compatible drives to manage memory and huge improvements from older software

Lacking Features

This apps needs to have the features of the old app like manually moving files back and forth.

Still does not support iPhone 16

One of the customers on October 16th that it doesn’t work for iPhone 16. As a matter of fact, it still doesn’t work till this date. I purchase it for Thanksgiving and now reading the app reviews and looks like technical support team is helpless & not helped the older customer as well.

Not happy

First of all, the instructions on back of package is on a font do small it defies the human eye to see. I have great eye sight, by the way.

After trying to read package, almost as after thought, they tell you the app to download. Did that. Plug in thumb drive… says they cannot find the device. Rebooted phone, removed and reloaded disk. Nothing. Will be returning it

Same issue. DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE IPHONE 16

Others have noted issues but given Sandisk pages saying compatibility I bought a 256G lux usb c/a drive. Isn’t seen on iPhone 16 ProMax IOS 18. It is seen on a pc. It’s not seen on phone via any Sandisk app memory or I expand or connect or via iOS files app. Contacted support very nice and fast but could not come up with a solution. If you can’t see the drive on a phone how can you update it??????? Fix this or allow update from a pc.

Does not work for IPhone 15 pro max

The app doesn’t recognize the Sandisk Ultra dual drive Go. I called support and the guy couldn’t figure out the problem so he told me that he had to talk with someone else about it and would call me back in about 5 minutes. That was over an hour ago. I’m going to return the flash drive and buy a different brand since you have to have an app that doesn’t work for the Sandisk.

Does not work on iOS 18.1

I recently bought a SanDisk flash drive and downloaded their app for my iPhone 15 running iOS 18.1. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to use the flash drive on my iPhone. It’s been two weeks, and I was really hoping SanDisk would have updated their app by now.
