What’s The Point Of Having This?!
This app is very limiting. It doesn’t allow me to select a photo or a video. The only photos or videos I can copy onto the drive has to be in a folder on my phone and I can’t individually select a item in that folder. Another terrible issue about this app is once the item is on the drive, I am not offer an option to move it back to my phone. I do edits on my laptop and I want the option to transfer that back onto my phone. Why can’t I keep the old app? It’s useful, this new one is trash.

Wastes storage and fails to back up
App consistently fails to back up successfully after 13 hrs and 50 gbs on usb.
Rebacks up everything that was already baked up on the old app in a new method wasting 50gb of space when it cannot successfully retreat said back up or finish storing it in a compatible retrievable format.
Please bring back support to the original app.
I will likely stop using this line of products as a consequence of this new app or until the original app is no long available for use

Worst than bad
IXpand allowed you to select and copy individual photos to folders on the memory stick. This app does not! Very disappointing.
It’s a downgrade
Doesn’t let you individually select files. Only allows a massive “backup” of everything… I really hope they fix this, pretty much unusable

Absolutely hate this new app. The older iXpand was much easier to use with fewer steps. This new app makes you do several extra steps to accomplish the same thing.
Support Needed
The old app allowed me to easily see my pictures, in order of when they were taken, with the date showing, and then delete them from my phone.
This new app forced you to go into albums to find pictures, it takes a long time to load, all the pictures out of order, it doesn’t show when photos were taken, and it doesn’t allow you to go ahead and delete it off your phone. In addition, it messed up the order of the photos in my phone.
Now the old app is not working and will not copy anything over.
On top of that, the support functionality in the app is nonfunctional. It either gives me a blank page or an error message.

Videos are not showing
It doesn’t work with IPhone 16. Doesn’t allow videos to be previewed. I’m on the verge of losing all my videos. A very horrible app.
Why get rid of iXpand drive if the memory zone is not fully compatible with iPhone 16.

Will Lose All DATES
I just switched to memory zone from the old IExpand since it will no longer be supported. Memory zone DOES NOT keep dates the video was created. The date displayed is when the photo or video was backed up to memory zone. HUGE UPSET. the point of using this flash drive is to SAVE memories not lose the dates they were created!

Cannot transfer files from files app
App is useless without such a basic function

Once again well enough could not be left alone. Some bonehead developer just had to muck up a well working app. Kudos for a job done poorly!
