Big downgrade from ixpand app
App is worse than the ios files app. If you can’t improve ixpand don’t even bother with this SMZ junk. not worth the download.
You have a great working app with ixpand why are you breaking this? You’re certainly not listening to your customers as you say do.
This is as inefficient as inefficient gets.
Seriously leave the ixpand app on the store
This new app is lousy. I Removed it from the phone and should be billed as a backup app because that’s all it is.
Polish what you have, don’t reinvent the wheel. I’ll just copy my files through a pc, it’s faster.

Downgrade!
I’ve never left an app review before. This update makes using my hard drive basically impossible. Super slow load times and inconvenient filters. When filtering by size, why would I want the smallest files first? Lots of inconvenient changes in this app and not simple or intuitive to use at all. It deters me from wanting to back up my files because of how long it takes to load. Not great

Downgrade. Trash. Unnecessary.
Ever heard the phrase “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” well that’s what happened. This new app is junk. Will not be using it. If I’m ever forced to I will be refunded for the drive. The previous app was perfect. This app is trash. Deleted.
Can’t not see files in my Private access vault
It does not have ability to go into my Private Access Vault. How can it replace the iXpand app? I bought ixpand because it has Private access Vault feature. If I cannot get to my data , this app is useless. I want a refund.
File Trasfer
The old app allowed me to select this app to transfer files to on my iOS device. This new one does even show up as a place to transfer files to. Why make a new app that’s trash. Run trials before phasing out working software.
Not as Good as the iXpand App
The new San Disk app doesn’t allow you to save individual photos to the drive. It only allows you to back up entire photo or video albums. Worthless now for what I bought the flash drive for.
Will be switching to a new product. San Disk needs to modify this app or they will lose a lot of customers.

A downgrade from the iXpand app
The iXpand app wasn't perfect; in fact it was quite buggy and difficult to use, but this app is a downgrade. With the old app, I could transfer stuff to the iXpand drive from other apps, and from the files app. This new app doesn't have that ability. And if you're running an iPhone X, well, it won't work with the files app at all. This app is a big downgrade from the old app. The drives are now useless. Disappointing. I guess I need to find new storage and backup solutions.

Downgrade from the original version
So after using this APP it is definitely a downgrade from the iXpand app it replaced. It’s harder to maneuver around and the old app allowed me to chose photos by day. Now I have to do each photo one at a time. Do better Sandisk. Stop messing up stuff that works.
Great with Phone Drive

I switched to this app from the iXpand app that is being phased out. For what I use my storage card for, this app is a downgrade from the iXpand app.
I use the storage card to transfer pictures from my phone to my computer. In the old app, it was easy for me to select all pictures from a specific day, copy them to the drive, and then delete them from the phone. So far in this new app, that process is more difficult than in the old app. I don’t see a way to select all pictures from a specific day.
