This app is great for beginner people trying to use shot tracers, but it’s one issue I encountered is that sometimes you can’t even move to adjust the tracer to follow the ball flight, like it tells me to adjust the tracer line to match the ball flight but it literally won’t move when I try to move it, tracer team help me!
After purchasing, I am unable to import videos to edit. The video is eternally stuck at the stage of being compressed.

The app does not compress videos. Feel free to reach out to support@visual-vertigo.com if you want in-person help.Cool app but all my videos are downloading upside down. Idk what the problem is.

Please update to the latest version 1.4 as this issue has been fixed in 1.4. ThanksExactly what I was looking for and it’s free. 10/10

Have not heard of this sort of issue before. Please email support@visual-vertigo.com if you want help. So easy to use and edit! Previously, it was a struggle to align my shots with the tracing but not on this one! It is by far the best one yet and so easy to use!!

Camera tracking is excellent. Using this app on my YouTube channel.
Wrote to the dev team about a bug that the app was crashing during export and they replied me that they will fix it the same day. 5 hours later an update appeared on the App Store. I went to update the Shot Tracer and the video export started working perfectly. Hats off to this kind of customer service.
