  • NEEDS ALOT IF WORK

    I download the new app and first off all you guys need to put Face ID safe username etc. And stop this one time code every single time you go on it. It’s frustrating I want my user name to be safe or at least be able to use Face ID. Not happy with this app
  • Horrible

    Wish I NEVER upgraded to this version of SCCU. Impossible to login in when I need to. The excuse is “too much traffic volume”. This didn’t happen with previous version. Ugh…….unacceptable!
  • Missed the mark again

    Half the time it won’t let you log in, says there’s “delay in processing your request” both with the new Face ID feature and a password. P
  • Infinite load

    Keeps loading when clicking on account
  • Useless

    There was no point of announcing a new app if it wasn’t going include everything. I don’t like having my debit card fully open and I can’t close it. You guys should’ve made an announcement stating that. Live chat in this new app doesn’t even work properly.
  • Never works!

    I log into the website all the time at work and it makes me send a code to my phone every time even though I have clicked the box “trust this device.” Very frustrating.
    The app is just as bad. Half the time I login it tells me there is a delay or it doesn’t work. I’m about to switch to Launch Credit Union and I have been with SCCU since 2016.

  • No card control don’t upgrade not worth it

    There is no way to manage your card if you have the old app you’re better off keep it, not worth the upgrade

  • Wish I hadn’t switched yet

    I think it’s cool that SCCU is integrating card control into the app but because it’s not need integrated yet that’s a take away when I switched. Quick balance is something Ian having trouble with I know how to turn it on the problem is it gives me an error message. Over all it’s a good idea and not a learning curve as everything is pretty much the same just wish I had waited till they had fixed the bugs and added card control.

  • Plaid connection are not working any more

    All my plaid connections one by one are being signed out because the new app isn’t allowing them access to connect. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

  • Not working with Plaid

    I am not able to connect my accounts through Plaid. Please fix this issue…
