Very poor
Less stable than the app it replaces. It also has a most unsatisfactory user experience and interface - in the wallet, shows fewer tickets per screen than the old app, whilst simultaneously making the detail of those tickets harder to read.
All the tickets in my wallet now say “Expires in 1hr 30mins” - I *hope* this means “after activation” but it doesn’t say….
It would appear little thought has been given to usability or accessibility across the piece.Show lessspelltoo
Barely any improvement
I don’t see any reason for creating this app without implementing any improvements over the previous version. I will admit it does look better than the predecessor but it doesn’t matter if it constantly crashes and provides no extra features. I still see no point in having 2 apps to track buses and one for tickets. It should’ve been a single app for all of that.Show lessPESER6
