  • Disappointing

    As this is a replacement for the old app I expected an improvement. I did not get one - from my perspective the user experience has deteriorated substantially. Where before, information was fully embedded into the app, meaning that when you wanted to check your details it was fast, now it sends you to a web page - causing multiple error messages and requesting multiple log ins - and it’s slow and clunky. It uses more data, more power and other than looking prettier just doesn’t do what is required - I do like the improved clarity/resolution and layout. I have hopes that the onboard version is better than the old but I won’t know until I go on the next cruise.

    I’m not a fan of apps that just send you to websites anyway, but I can put up with it when it’s fast and relatively seamless - this isn’t that.

  • The old app was better

    Used this on our cruise this week. Too much is missing or difficult to find. I have not been able to use it all since leaving the ship. Screen is blank & get an error telling me to try again later. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, but that did nothing. Not impressed.
  • App not ready for production

    I feel that this app is still pre-version 1 or beta.

    - Cruisenext certificates are not displaying
    - several links (payment status) error and say “Safari cannot open the page because address not found”
    - cruise details are not accurate as it shows my post cruise hotel but not my pre-cruise.

    New app is better in every way…so far.
  • Nice new organization

    I am really enjoying the new look and feel. Information is well organized giving me everything I need to know on the home page. Can’t wait to try it out on board. Well done folks.

    One small glitch. I am Sapphire latitude. On the hamburger icon it shows my correct status. However, on the cruise details / guest details page is shows I am a First Timer.

  • Better than the old app!

    Usability is much better than the old app! Hope they add main dining room menus and improve the daily planner features.
  • Not accurate information

    Under guest information it shows my status as “first timer” when we are platinum latitude members. We have been on 8 NCL cruises and have a ninth one booked.
  • Upgrade to style

    The app upgrade was definitely needed. I like the modern style that adds simplicity along it. I’m one with the first ones using the app. So I’m still exploring all the features.
