Super budget tracking app
Only I wish it can do even long term projections (1 year, 3years and 5years) charts. Also as a suggestion: some of the spending labels I no longer use and I am not sure how to delete them within the category. It always comes as a suggested label, however there is no function to get rid off it :) not a big deal. Overall - love it!!! Customer since 2017!!!

The Most Practical Way to Budget AFAIK
In my case, I’m meticulous but lazy. I track every novel purchase, rounded up to the nearest dollar, but I’ve added regular costs that fluctuate as fixed monthly costs based on their average e.g. a tank of gas every two weeks. That makes my cost of living more or less built in to the budget, so my balance is 100% for food and leisure barring emergencies and other surprises. Psychologically this does wonders; knowing that your needs are financially accounted for makes you feel almost like a kid saving up 10s and 20s for the thing you want. Even if it’s what you would consider pocket change after the bills are paid, you have a clear idea of what you can spend freely. Granted, this is an aspect of household budgeting when done right anyway, here it is achieved with very little effort.

We wholeheartedly appreciate your detailed review! Our app can actually be used in many different ways and we are always interested in learning personal practices of our users so thank you very much for sharing yours!
Amazing budget tracker app
Tip for the developer: when you distribute an amount it always had the starting date from
The first of the month instead of “today”, which is frustrating to change every time as I would like to enter that payment from today’s date. It used to be like this when it was under the “big expenses” option. I like that it’s been integrated into the main budget page, but can it be changed back to today’s date instead?
Response from developer
Thank you so much for reaching out! Big Expenses should be defaulted to today as their Start date - could you kindly email us to support@dailybudget.de so that we can investigate your case?
Game changer!

We are thankful for your high opinion and happy that our app works efficiently for you!
Great App!
This app is easy to use, takes minutes to set up and is perfectly fine to use in the free version if you don’t wish to pay the reasonable/one-off charge.
I will be using the free version for a bit to ensure I am sticking to the habit before upgrading, but so far it’s been genuinely fun to use - I am thoroughly enjoying watching the daily balance add up!

We sincerely appreciate your detailed review and hope you'll keep using and enjoying our app for long!

UPD: We are currently running the beta test of DBO successor app, Today's Budget, which has multiple budgets with currency setting and other improvements (https://www.reddit.com/r/TodaysBudget/comments/u1coj5/sneak_peek_multiple_budgets_with_currency_setting). If you are interested in trying the beta, kindly drop us a line! OLD: We are thankful for your feedback and going to add an ability to manage several budgets within one app in future updates!
It’s really useful... but...
But when I make a transaction and distribute it across days it breaks it up into smaller transactions. But this makes it’s easy to lose track of which transactions I’ve entered and which I have yet to enter - especially during busy shopping times like Christmas.
It would be great to be able to see the full amounts that I’ve entered so that I can keep track, and not just the daily amount. A “history” feature would be really useful. If this is already there I can’t find it.
Response from developer
Thank you very much for reaching out! All distributed expenses can be found under Menu > Big Expenses - there you'll see all details on them including the total amounts. When you enter the actually paid amount, the Big Expense is completed and transferred to the "Past" tab.
Exactly what I need
