Why does it cost money to get help

I would try it, but I’m not spending that type of money that I don’t have sure I would like some o e to talk to about stuff like this but I don’t have $70-$20 to spend a month on it

sooo i havent gotten to try it out so far because you kinda have to pay to talk right away but thats the problem for me you see im a 13 year old with no money and i really thought i found an app for me to talk about school and all that but not happening.. i get that they have to get paid and stuff but like i just need someone to tall to fr..😁

Wont let me talk
I just opened the app and when I go to click on the chat bar it says I have to sign up for a subscription which is 19 something I believe. I thought it was free
this is so stupid
i thought it was gonna be a great app until i finished the process, and it told me i had to pay 100$ a month. thats quite excessive no? and i also found out i cant use the app unless i pay the 100$ a MONTH. i actually thought i was gonna get someonr i could talk to, but that turned out bad.
Not affordable
Logged on to see its $199/month! As a college student who is a full time mom as well $200 just to talk to someone and help my mental health? When I could go see someone in person for free? Or way less per visit? Just sad.
Good app just a sign in problem
I can’t really leave too much of a review because I haven’t got the chance to use the app personally because it won’t let me get pass the sign in, but I’ve seen other people use this app and I’ve only heard good things about it. I would really love to use it on my own but for some reason when I got to put my birthdate in, it won’t let me continue. I am of age so I really don’t understand what this issue is. If you could help me that would be great:)

paying for help??
I was genuinely excited to get this app because I thought it might help my mental health but to see that it is over 200 bucks a month??? to talk to a person?? having help for stress and anxiety and depression and just having emotional support shouldn’t cost $200 a month.

I’m going through a bad time lately and I saw an ad of this on TikTok so I got it. I did everything I had to but then it told me I had to pay.
