  • Misleading, Quality issue with the app

    I don’t know how this app got approved through Apple. I signed up, provided an email address but was not able to log in or create an account with the email address. I emailed their support and was told they cannot find my email address or my name. They already charged my bank and will not issue a refund. They have no resolution. In my opinion, This app seems like a scam to leer people into paying for services which the developer does not intend to provide.

  • SCAM IT DOES NOT WORK

    I tried cancelling but wouldn’t give me a refund, tried using it but doesn’t work. Customer service very polite and all but don’t give concrete solutions just bla bla

    Take note: After the free trial you will be automatically billed for the next month. As is the case with most automatic subscriptions, the need to cancel and the communication around this is hidden between the lines to manipulate the consumer.

  • Terrible

    Would not give me a meal plan with the settings I had. Tried 6 different times and told them eventually I would eat anything and everything and it finally worked for it to only give me bacon rolled cream cheese EVERY NIGHT for dinner. Don’t waste your money on this scam.

    I can’t even log into the app, even though I’m registered, I’ve paid for the program and fitness training, have sent 2 help tickets, changed my password, AND DELETED & reloaded the app.
    I’d like a refund.

  • SCAM… Beware!!!

    I paid for this app, got emails & cannot log in!! I am reporting to my bank to make sure they cant take any more money from me! Ridiculous how this world operates

    I purchased a week trial of this app after emails and emails. I could not access it at all. Then I was charged 30.99 without authorization. Still not able to access the app.

  • I paid and then nothing

    I paid to sign up, created an account, downloaded the app and can’t login!! When I was on the website they couldn’t create a meal plan with my food choices!! I want a refund!!!
