No updates - not working on iPhone XR
Really need this information to ero up to date with my school and child’s school but for past 3 months, keeps crashing and doesn’t open at all.
Need a serious update as is used as main messaging system for both schools!PERIs mum
Functionality for school admins needed
This app functions well but is lacking and no updates for over 2 years is concerning. I wonder if this is due to complacency.
As a school admin I would like to post within the app rather than to wait to go on a computer. This is much needed feature. Please add.Helpful Mumin

Happy with this app, keeps you updated on all the school news. All the info in one placeosa user
Worthwhile for now
This is a good app for information sharing.
There is a section for team contact cards, key documents all parents must have, a homepage for as many icons as you want where you can personalise the image.
There is a news section to share regular updates, too. I would suggest having the option to schedule notifications in advance.
I would also like to see more development on insights to know how successful the company investment into this app is.Show lessNeS$.27.

Poor interface and difficult to navigate
Application appears to be a front end for the main school website. Poorly designed and annoying notifications.Welshmat
Drives me crazy
This app drives me crazy. I get a pop up notification of a new message from school only to open the app and not see anything. Every time there is a new notification I have to delete and reinstall the app. The software on my phone is up to date so it’s not that. I have sent feedback directly to them, but never get a reply. They then e-mail my school asking if we are interested in using the app! No thanks. 😡Show lessRJBlade
Definitely recommend this app
Very good App for info, news, links to social media, website, etc. It updates my phone‘s calendar automatically. And I find it especially helpful that all important contact details are just there as well as letters to parents.Babsie18911
Good, but year group opt-in needed
Love that the school’s events sync with your phone calendar, but a year-group opt-in that can be easily changed each Sept would make this app a 5-star product.
Having two children at the school currently c50% of event info is of no interest. When our oldest leaves next year that will increase to 75%. At the moment I delete irrelevant appointments out of my phone, but the app still sends reminders for things we don’t need to know about.
Overall it is a great way for parents to keep up with school events and info and I’m sure it has prevented people ringing school to ask about dates as they are so easily available in the app.

Could be better
I like the app for the most part. The idea is great but I don’t need my calendar being full of activities other year groups are doing. Or constant pop up reminders. I want these for the years of my children only so for me, to get this to a 5 star review, would need a setting to allow filtering of year groups for calendars and pop up notifications. Hoping the developer takes note here, I’m sure a lot of people would like this.Show lessMuckfinger
