Very bad update
The latest update is terrible. Icons no longer show properly and in calendar everything’s back to front so you have to scroll right to the bottom for the most current item. Very poor update not visually nice to look at and not user friendly.Col Hutch
Rubbishy
The app doesn't publish news or information in chronological order, so have to scroll through all the old and irrelevant information every time. Now with the new update I can't even open the information or news pages.Doug040676
Love it!
Great way to keep up to date with what's happening at my child's school as the updates are sent straight to my phone. The reminders of upcoming events are brilliant as they sync with my personal calendar. 5 stars aren't enough!MrChris5678
Good but needs improvement
Find this really helpful to get info on my local school but needs to show you where the message is within the app rather than opening all pages to find out.Jenny-P
Schools app
Had it previously and it worked, then early September I got a notification it was back to school then it asked me to update, I did this and now I can't find our school, tried both methods but it's just not there, it's like it's remembered which school I've got registered so not showing it but it's stuck on the find schools near you page, on iPhoneShow lessWendy131
Poor app
No indication as to where the new information is from the school. We are left guessing if it's calendar or information based! Plus notifications are stuck on and won't show as read on the initial icon despite going through the entire schools notes. Other schools have stickers and individual student access and rewards will this be a facility in the future?Show lessLittleT86
Not great on first impression
Just downloaded this as my son's school has sent him home with a letter saying they have joined.
Crashes every time I try to open it, an immediate 2nd attempt opens it. Will not allow location services or recognise school name in either English or Welsh.
Hopefully this improves soon as this sounds like a fantastic app.Show lesssaj wills
Great to have info all in one place
Really easy to use, syncs with your own calendar and great to access all info in one place. Just one thought, there should be a passcode from each school used for initial set up, as it is very easy for other people to access this information. Perhaps this may seem a little far fetched but school trip information would be accessible to anyone.... Perhaps those individuals we would not want knowing where our children are. In light of this I have given 3 stars.Show lesscheekychicky
Needs work
When the school adds an item an update notification appears over the app icon. However when the app is opened there's no way of knowing where the new item is.Tony @ MK
Useful but would like to add another school
I have more than one child at more than one school it doesn't allow you to use it for another school.Nettie confetti
