I keep getting an error when I try to purchase a pass and it won’t tell me what’s wrong. Also, why is our birth date required to purchase a pass?
Update: I had to turn off my VPN in order to purchase a pass. The new bikes are great, but users shouldn’t have to turn off their VPN to purchase a pass.Sam Samskies

Why does Cap Metro need my health information and all the other personal detailed data? Too much collected, way more than should be needed to rent me a bike from one station to another. Sure wish companies like this had more respect for my personal privacy.SbudniK
