  • HORRIBLE DO NOT PURCHASE

    Absolutely horrible service that should not have been rolled out. Nobody can add cards to get passes. They randomly flag accounts and suspend them. They don’t even have a customer service number for support. So if anything goes wrong during your trip your out of luck until they respond to EMAIL ONLY. I did one bike ride and they suspended my account that had a 30 day pass. With no information on why. Do not waste your money. Find a cheap bike or just use Klarna or something and get your own e-bike.

    Like others, can’t add my card. New bike system useless if I can’t pay for it.
  • App needs attention!

    I’m having the same problem: can’t purchase a pass, can’t make an account from the app, and there doesn’t seem to be a website I can make an account from either. Please fix this because I want to ride!!
  • App and bicycles have improved a lot

    I had problems with the initial launch of this new app, but now everything works great. Also, the new bikes are awesome. 🤙

    This makes me so sad that I can’t ride when I come visit Austin. The change is not an upgrade if it can’t be used.
  • Can’t add card/ App unusable

    Same as the other reviews… getting an error message anytime I try to add a card. I am unable to use the app to bike. I have no VPN and have attempted both WiFi networks and cellular
  • Cannot purchase a pass

    I’ve tried multiple times to add a card and it will not allow me to add my card. Why offer a service if no one can add a card and be on their day. This is frustrating. Please fix and allow people to add their card without hassle.

    I want this app/program to work out because it will do Austin a lot of good but it isn’t looking too hot.

    The app needs a valid error message when it errors out on purchasing. I have no VPN and it still does not go through. It just says “We apologize, something went wrong. Try again.”
