A Must If You Want Optimal Health

I found features in the app very user friendly so I could construct my day and get the right light at the right time, for mood, metabolism and vitamin D production. The Lux meter is a must for those who struggle with sleep, depression or anxiety. The app is better designed that other apps as it comes with a lot of explainer videos on how to use that app and why light is so important
