Lots of Problems!!

I really like this game, but I will have to delete it soon. There is ALWAYS a part of it that doesn’t work, sticker album or the quests or something. As of right now, I can spin the wheel and that’s about it. I can’t really even do that because if I try to get enough money to build an island, when I run out of spins and leave the game someone takes my money. There’s no point in playing, and definitely no reason to spend real money on it. It crashes every 5 minutes or so as well. The ads always work though, and change every day so the developers do something with it, but it sure isn’t fix the actual game. I have emailed support and get the same answer every time, they are working on it. I’m even sure they will respond to this review and say they are working on it. They aren’t, don’t waste your money or time. It’s definitely not worth it.

Crap

This game is a big con and if you like wasting your time on a pointless game and enjoy being ripped off this is the game for you!!! Spin 9 out 10 times lands on the same lowest coin wedge and as for filling that water thing in the middle, well let’s just say it’s pointless as you will never reach 100% before it resets or ends!! Definitely do not waste real money on this game!!!

Edit: so your admitting that it’s fixed which makes people feel the need to spend!!! Guys don’t waste your money to these rip offs!!! It only gets worse as you get further in the game also!! Did give 2 stars but now I’m giving a 1 star for your crap pointless reply!!!!

Ahoy Matey! The wheel is indeed programmed to behave differently in order to make the game a bit more interesting, yet this doesn't affect the prizes you receive. Just as it slowly lands on a 10,000 tile, it can also slowly land or reverse back to the Golden Wedge. Hope this helps clear things out :)

Too many bugs

Can’t play on my Samsung, overheats and gulps power plus can’t see any of the cards or album. iPhone issues are game keeps crashing every other minute. I can play board kings by jelly button and other games just fine. Also tired of almost having enough coins to upgrade an island item only to have most of it raided... the fun has gone and I’ve removed the game

Book and Map

I haven’t been able to open the book for months now and now the map won’t open up either this is very frustrating as I love playing this game but if these problems continue there will be no point in playing this game any more

Purchase problem

This game is great, apart from that I am trying to buy the pirate deal bundle from the premium store but it won’t let me... there is still 20 minutes to buy it but it says “An error occurred during the poor was, You weren’t charged for this action. Please try again later” I really want this deal lol but i can’t get it :(

Hi 👋🏼 like it says I love this game I’ve been playing for a long time. Love the stories to finish and the treasure maps it never gets boring the only complaint I have is the album. Since Christmas album I haven’t been able to open it. Even with the new album. It’ll open sometimes but when I go to press the trade card the whole app shuts down. So idk if anyone else is having this problem but plz look 👀 into it thank you 🙏 oh and also there’s no way of getting in contact with y’alls support to make these claims so hopefully someone reads this much love and aloha 🤙🏽

Failure to launch

Was a great game to play I’ve been playing for years now. Except now there are to many bugs in the game. Most of the time the game keeps crashing when trying to view card albums can’t trade extra cards cos game keeps crashing. Impossible to win any challenges harder to complete an island with only 180 spins given when you need to spin maximum spins to even try get anywhere so only get to spin wheel twice.
Even after contacting support they still don’t fix the issues in the game.
Ready to give up on this game especially after spending money on spins

Frustrating!

If you like games that crash ALL THE TIME!! You will like this. It’s actually somewhat fun but seriously it’s not worth your time having to reload it over and over again!! You can never exchange your extra stars for spins!!! Crash crash crash!!! The algorithm is floored!! It has a back for landing on everything except the good ones. Everyone and then though it will let you have a tiny winning streak to give you some false hope. Daily
Challenges are good but near ridiculous to try and get unless you spend lots of real money on lots more spins. Every now and then you might get lucky. Oh and just when you are getting into it..... it will crash!!!! Guaranteed!! Pity cos it is fun but just too annoying to actually really enjoy.

Love the game hate the crashing.

Don’t get me wrong I enjoy playing this game a good bit. My gf and I play it all the time together as a friendly competition. And when I have been busy a few days, I’m welcomed back with enough free spins to catch back up to her. However, this game has crashed and sent me to my home screen every single time I click on the card book to view my cards, attempt to watch a video to get more prizes, and from time to time when I do the quest things. It dose the same thing to her as well. She’s got a newer iPhone I’ve got an iPhone 6 so I know it’s not the phones I think. Now I’m not gonna go and blame the app directly for this issue because I do have another game that I also downloaded recently that crashes every time I watch a video ( that game requires it every couple of mins) but it dose put a damper in how much I play it. Over all though a great great game.

Poor Customer Service

I don’t ever leave reviews for apps. However, I started playing this game and fell in love with it. So, naturally I started spending money on it. I have spent quite a lot in a short amount of time so to not get what you pay for is absolutely ridiculous. I submitted a ticket with their customer service two days ago and have heard nothing since. Since most of the games are time sensitive if you didn’t get what you paid for you lost the chance to complete those games. I am super disappointed and will probably be uninstalling this game. I will not support anything or anyone that does not appreciate their customers.

To follow up: I did respond to customer support and was told I was wrong even though I have the screenshots and the bank statements to prove it. So, no I will not change my star rating. Nor will I ever spend money on this game.
