Hate the November 2019 update

I have played this game since high school (I’m 24 now) and I’ve been loving the latest updates to win more, but this latest update has me ready to uninstall this app for good and switch over to coin master. Literally a few days ago I could buy my island items for 40 mill and that’s high but it’s ok because I’m pretty far into the game and they added bonus games to win a few spins or money here n there. Now I have to pay hundreds of millions just to upgrade each item??????? The current item that was 40mill a few days ago is now 300+mill to buy. Are you kidding me? This is REDICULOUS. It’s says “More Wins!!!” But I literally got 200mill and bought 1 item upgrade. Way more unfair than what it used to be. Yeah u upgraded the wheel & whatever that’s cool. But these prices for the islands are way too high especially if you are lowering the bonus spins in the mini games. It went from 10-50 bonus spins to 5-15. In NOW WAY IS THIS FAIR AT ALLLLLLL TO US LONG TIME PLAYERS!!! If there isn’t a new update that changes the prices of the island items lower again I will be uninstalling. I’m so sad.... this game is no longer fun or competitive.

Game freezing on steals

Hey everyone.
This is not supposed to be a true review. I actually just have no other way to attempt to contact game support. The website and email for Jelly Button links are broken, and the in-game support is not allowing me to send files or messages...
The game is great and has improved over the last 2 years. The developers have added so many different events. But the continuous game bugs are an issue. And I just got a new phone last week (11 Pro) So the problem started after the Halloween update: the game is freezing only on chances to steal from other players. The 3 islands disappear or turn glowing white, and nothing loads. I’ve tried everything to fix it from my end, and it’s 100% the developer’s issue.
It’s really a shame because I’m about to beat the Flips Adventure and Pirate Adventure, with only 1 more stage in each. But it seems I won’t be able to now that there are only 4 hours left. This bug has been happening for the last 2 days.
Hopefully Jelly Button fixes it or gives some compensation, or they will probably lose a lot of player base.

No island:

This is like my 5th day that I do not have a new island. But you keep wanting me to play on the one that I already have done. Well there goes my tokens and my spins. I am about to get a different game. I am tired of the game blacking out on me one day I was at the end of the trail and it blacked out 21 times in a row so needless to say I wasn’t able to get the tokens, spins or bombs. It happens a lot. So if I don’t get a island by tomorrow on my 6th day I have to say bye to a game I really like. Here we are another day and still no island. What is up am I the fool for playing when I have nothing to play with. I have tokens, had money and still have bombs. Why would I want to play for nothing and loose what I have. I have another island with my name on it had loads of tokens and was taken out even though it’s still there but I cannot play it. I am tired. Let me know what is going on. Or can you?

Around the world booklet issue .

Hi , small complaint but not enough of a problem to stop playing the game as I do every day, My matter is with the AROUND THE WORLD BOOKLET... it always gets to a point of no new cards coming through and makes it difficult to complete sets , I’m lucky to compete 3 sets every time a new booklet starts and gets to a certain percentage and will never go further , more consistent new cards would be amazing instead of the same cards constantly coming through to help complete more of the booklet .... thanks

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

Do not download this App, it is a SCAM!!!! Their customer service is terrible, they take a week or longer to answer. Then ask you to send screen shots but their server will not accept them and rejects it. I completed a puzzle plus won two tournaments to win a missing card. All 3 prize packs won did not have a missing card in them. I’m only missing one to complete the album. Instead of giving me the missing card that would have been 3,300 spins. They told me thanks for letting them know and they’ll work on that in the future and gave me 300 spins instead. I completed a level yesterday that was a 3X prize and was told I didn’t complete it even though I have screen shots proving I did. I’ve reported them to Apple! Do not download this game! They’ll take your money right away but they do not give you the prizes advertised which is false advertisement and fraud.

Very disappointed

I used to love playing PK - But now it’s getting ridiculous.
Items for islands are costing so much, and the spins don’t get you far enough to pay for them all. Takes too long to wait for the spins to fill up again!

Usually you need (so many) bombs for the pirate adventures which are pretty easy to get - But now it’s all about needing money to fix islands to get to the next level, which never gets completed because they cost so much to fix!

The only full way to complete either is using your own money - What a joke!
This game has definitely gone down hill, really isn’t worth the time anymore.

Unimpressed!!

A few days ago I would have given this game 5* after its new update I’m not impressed, this game is getting more and more impossible to play it’s taken the fun out of it. Destroy a ship that takes 40 bombs to receive 3 spins. Needing billions just to complete two islands on the new map just for a reward of 45 spins, which spinning at 10x multiplier if you hit the jackpot 10mil every time (Extremely unlikely) that’s only 40 mil it’s not gonna complete one island on the map therefore forcing you to leave the game for 2 hours to wait for your free spins (5 spins an hour) to come back and find someone has stolen all your money. Been playing this game for almost a year now and starting to think about deleting it.

Disappointed

This game has become a disappointment! Since the last update it has become almost impossible to buy items for your island, it costs so much. And why is it that you can only steal a set amount from your Cash Kings but other players can empty your stash? I can only steal 600k and at most would be 3m but that happens only once a day! What’s the point of having Cash Kings when you can’t even really steal anything from them yet others can steal everything from you, that seems pretty unfair doesn’t it? Do you just expect people to spend their real money in the store to buy spins and coins for the game? And oh, your customer care is pathetic!! No one gets back to you and even if you get a reply, it’s the same thing copy and pasted from your FAQs. My mateys don’t have to spend as much as I have to to buy items on their islands and they don’t have any restrictions on how much they can steal, so why is the game different for each player?
If I could then I’d give this game Zero stars because that’s how disappointed I am with this game right now.

Great game, however...

The game has developed a great deal over time and improved massively. However, it’s starting to become unenjoyable as it forces you to spend money to complete events and quests. For example, just using the 50 free spins every time they come around is not enough to build or complete quests. 9 out of 10 quests remain unfinished as you spin for bombs and receive none. THE WHEEL IS RIGGED! The time on the quests then runs out and you lose every time. The only way to beat the quest is by purchasing from the store meaning the game becomes disappointing to play as it’s just a way for the developers to make money because they know you can’t proceed without buying from them. Disappointed to say the least.

Glitches

I agree with what most of the reviews are saying. That wheel with the parrot 48 hours and I still didn’t get to fill the parrot once. I think there is def some kind of glitch with the game. Also 5 spins a hour you can never sink a ship with the amount of bombs you need. Makes the game more frustrating Than fun. Now I can not update for some reason. I’m about ready to delete this game. Also the spins you lose when it says no internet connection, it shows the spins being put back when that happens but then when you have the connection back and you go to use the few spins you have left. BAM Pirate Kings takes them back.. even though you never did use them, it’s frustrating especially if you spend money and get ripped off. If you don’t use cash to play it is impossible to complete a lot of the activities. I used to love playing but now not so much any more. Then the ads on Facebook that 1000’s of people reply trying to win free spins and they award ONLY 4 people 100 spins.. why not reward everyone who takes the time to reply? I bet more people would complain less and enjoy a now frustrating game.
