Won’t play anymore
In both instances, I attempted to resolve the issue with customer service. I received a reply once to both of my inquires. But they never resolved either issue. Repeated attempts have been completely ignored.
I will never play this game again. Very disappointed.

Fun, But With Issues
Unfortunately, the game has bugs regarding those games. Sometimes if you complete something by a certain time, you will get the original prize doubled, which is supposed to be delivered to your prize box. I have had to submit a trouble ticket twice because the double prize was never received. The first time they tried to tell me I did receive it. After letting them know that I didn’t they checked again & saw I was right. They sent the prizes right away.
This last time it happened, same thing. I was told they show they were delivered to me, even though it wasn’t. I asked them to check again. Only this time I never heard back & never got the prizes. I also had to jump through hoops to contact them. The support link took me to a help desk that was no longer active.
It’s a shame their customer service & game is lacking lately, as it’s a fun game. I won’t be spending any real money anymore until I know these issues have been resolved.
Don’t spend your money; you get the same results
When you spend your money they get upset that you have too many spins or the adventures/missions in the game become impossible lol what a reward for spending money on this!!!
Each week, sometimes day there is new fun but with that fun comes glitches in the coding. So if it’s a bombs heavy mission you no longer get bombs in the spins???? That’s just one example.
I’ve tried to avoid this and be patient. I’ve reached out to their “support” portal only to say sorry restart your game.
If you have patience you can play FOR FREE and get the same results but it’s boring this way too. I’m deleting this app and I’ll spend my money with a company/app that values me as a customer.

What happened????
Ok I just opened my game that I have been playing for MONTHS!!!!! And it started from the start of the game!!!!! Where did my progress go?? I went to app support and guess what! Nothing! It’s no longer available. WTH???? Give me my progress back or I’m deleting this game!!! I was on island 9!!!! Come on!!!! Your games getting better. Don’t do this! When I read the other reviews I read to go in the game for tech support! Where is this option????????
Help me get my game back, or issue my money Bk!!!! I did not log into Facebook because I don’t have one!!!!!! Help! Anyone???
Irresponsible and greedy
Bomb strike aspect and retaining any money impossible
They’ve also updated the game so you get attacked and stolen from more often which makes upper levels impossible. I had 1 billion dollars in the game - 48 hours later all had been stolen but $10,000 which will not get you anything.
