Update made a bad thing worst
They had a old app which they had hardly ever updated however everything worked I couldn’t get my flysmiles details and even my digital card with the update all you can do is book my flight and can’t even login to the flysmiles account absolutely disappointment.

Cannot not login after update - it says invalid password even though my password is correct. I have special characters in my password. Fix please

The worst airline ever
Terrible airline, terrible app, the most apathetic customer service ever. They cancelled my flight and offered a flight the next day. I’m going for a wedding. The wedding can’t be moved. The flight was to arrive on the day of the wedding. Was told that’s a legit reason to not take the next day option. And that I’ll get a full refund. One month one. No refund. The airline directs me back to the agent. The agent says the request has been made. One month the unbelievably terrible service provider is just sitting with the money and collecting interest on it and not refunding the money. Had to book another flight. A more expensive flight for the same day because of their ludicrous service. Why do they even run the airline if can’t manage the schedules?

Useless App
I installed the app on my iPhone running latest iOS. When I click on manage my booking it throws an error. This app is not tested throughly on mobile devices and I have no idea how Apple is allowing publication of such apps which is non functional and no use to the users.

Poor service
I have booked a return flight to this July and I am going traveling after two years due to covid. As Sri Lanka is in a sad situation to help their country I have purchased my tickets from this airline. However, they just informed me they have changed my return flight to an advance day without my permission. I have things scheduled and this made me really disappointed pointed. Have tried many times to contact them. However, which was not possible. They ruined my upcoming holiday. I would recommend everyone not to travel your holiday flight tickets with Sri Lankan airlines unless you want ruin your valuable time.

It keep saying, the app is being upgraded for many months now.
Please Optimise
Please optimise the app to suit the new iPhones as it’s really frustrating to see that the app is not properly optimised for the big screens. I’m pretty sure that I shouldn’t be the only one having this issue. Please take the apps by other airlines into consideration and make this friendlier features-wise too. Thanks :)

Apple Wallet Support
Would be nice to integrate the membership card to Apple Wallet.
