Can't make mobile deposit
The app would not allow me to make a simple deposit of a check, which is the main reason I downloaded app. I don't expect them to be up to par with major banking apps like Chase but a simple mobile deposit should be possible.MattD813
No Mobile Deposits
It’s good other than I don’t have the mobile deposit option which I’m not sure why. Other than that it’s works good I just hate that they now have changed their name to “TRAXCU” I just hope they customer service stays how it’s been since I’ve been with them for 9yrs.Gia_25_
Horrible !
This app is by far horrible. Everyday I have to create a new password to view my account and thats annoying. I never get notified about any kind of account activity when my card is being used or swiped weather by me or not, this app is horrible and could use a lot of fixing and updatingJ'Bharri Simpson
Not the best
The app is very glitchy and has a lot of bugs, the app should be able to let you know you’re account number without having to go on the website. I reset my password online and now the app nor website lets me log in the app and website needs new changes.Eviian
RICU problem
Not able to do mobile deposit. Even with latest update the app gets as far as the photo of check then allows you to deposit, but gets stuck right there. My really old app worked better than this. I tried 2 different ios devices. No luck. Then tried android device...same thing???Temucua

Its a good app shows all my info but its just really slow when pulling up all my info even when loading the main screenmannyd289
Update needed
I love the app, I just wish I didn’t have to go to the website to check my visa credit card balance. It would be perfect if they could fix that in the app.~marlina~
Tired of having account disabled.
Need to fix the log in screen. If you make a mistake and have put your password in you are screwed. Why have an “x” if you can’t use it. This app really needs more updates. Better yet go back to the other version of the app!bighoss113
