No Deposit
The sign in seems to be hit and miss but the mobile deposit never works. It allows me to take images of check but then doesn’t allow selection of account to deposit into and actually submit the deposit. Terrible.Tbagnu

The app is very good but the programmers need to make sure all the features are working first. The bill pay now works on the App. Alleleujah!pgriffi2

Update ruined bill pay
I like the app after the update except for bill pay. The due date is the day a bill is due... not two days later. No matter if I choose a due date two weeks from now, the send date is two days after the “due date”. First x that and you have a good app.rr banker
The recent update won’t work on my iPhone.
I have to do an email registration EVERY time I open the app. It will not save my device. I called customer support and I was as told this is a known issue. Please fix this issue. It was running perfectly prior to the recent update.TammieZee

The app works just fine and it is fast so that's always a big plus.
I just wish RIFCU would get with the times and make things more convenient. I should be able to transfer money to another persons account anytime I want without having to call them and I can't even use the option of taking a picture of my paycheck because they put a hold on it.
I have a Suncoast account also and they have all of those features.

I really love railroad and industrial federal credit union for my banking but I only spent part of my time in Tampa. This app really helps me stay up-to-date with my banking on the go! I especially love the mobile check deposit feature. From the comfort of my own home I can deposit a check into my account in less than 60 seconds, saving me a trip to the branch!Show lessK8lin228
Check deposit doesn't work
Love the updated app and would have everything I need if the image check deposit part would just work. I called the bank and they said in set up and to just log in an out until it works but it still doesn't work. I have been waiting for this feature forever and even thought about switching banks to be able to take pictures and deposit without making a trip to the bank.Show lessDnchair
