Tired of having account disabled.
Need to fix the log in screen. If you make a mistake and have put your password in you are screwed. Why have an “x” if you can’t use it. This app really needs more updates. Better yet go back to the other version of the app!
No Deposit
The sign in seems to be hit and miss but the mobile deposit never works. It allows me to take images of check but then doesn’t allow selection of account to deposit into and actually submit the deposit. Terrible.
Bill pay fixed!
The app is very good but the programmers need to make sure all the features are working first. The bill pay now works on the App. Alleleujah!
Never have I hated a bank app so much
Every update breaks something, the most recent update broke billpay. Can’t wait to find a different competent bank.
Update ruined bill pay
I like the app after the update except for bill pay. The due date is the day a bill is due... not two days later. No matter if I choose a due date two weeks from now, the send date is two days after the “due date”. First x that and you have a good app.
The recent update won’t work on my iPhone.
I have to do an email registration EVERY time I open the app. It will not save my device. I called customer support and I was as told this is a known issue. Please fix this issue. It was running perfectly prior to the recent update.

The app works just fine and it is fast so that's always a big plus.
I just wish RIFCU would get with the times and make things more convenient. I should be able to transfer money to another persons account anytime I want without having to call them and I can't even use the option of taking a picture of my paycheck because they put a hold on it.
I have a Suncoast account also and they have all of those features.

Convenient
I really love railroad and industrial federal credit union for my banking but I only spent part of my time in Tampa. This app really helps me stay up-to-date with my banking on the go! I especially love the mobile check deposit feature. From the comfort of my own home I can deposit a check into my account in less than 60 seconds, saving me a trip to the branch!
