Our team has been hard at work to provide our users this update: +DIYLandLord is now a Universal app supporting both iPad and iPhone. +Added Passcode lock with Touch ID authentication. Passcode is optional, you can turn it off in the menu. +Added animation to UI. +Fix due payment shows up when it's been fully paid +Due Payment is now based on the payment date. Due Payment for a particular month will look for all payments of that month of the tenant based on the payment date. +Various bug fix +Performance optimization.

DIYLandLord app has just become flatter, more translucent and more blurred. We have completely redesigned DIYLandLord app for iOS7 while still maintain backward compatibility for iOS 6 users. We have also added a lot more features and fixed bugs. +Added Partial Payment feature due to popular request. Now you can input as many payments for a tenant as you want in a month and the Dashboard shows all payments of that tenant in that month and the amount still due for the month. +Fixed data loss bug. +No passcode required when dismiss incoming text messages, phone calls or push messages, open/close notification & control center. +Added support contact us page right within the app. +Added check for active internet connection before making IAP purchase and restore/backup. +Fixed missing property and tenant image when cancel from Image Picker. +Fixed accumulated total expense when expense report is run multiple times. +Changed Expense and Payment view to display Property and Tenant picture. +Other bug fixes.
