Unjustifiably negative reviews
I've seen some shocking reviews for this and several other Sessionband apps, so I thought I'd try and redress the balance a bit.
"Difficult to use..."
"Unintuitive..."
Really?!
I won't comment on your lack of mental or physical ability, except to say that I find all of these apps smooth and pleasurable to use.
Starting to feel there's a hidden agenda/personal grudges behind what seem to be concerted attacks.
Have you upset someone on the London session scene, lads?

Clumpy and Bad
Dreadful app, clumpy, uninstinctive and difficult to use, I bought this and their drum one today and am less than impressed with either, total waste of moneyDr Troubadour
What went wrong
I’ve been using this app for quite some time and been very happy with it but since iOS updated to 16 the quality is now appalling. Whether it’s anything to do with the update I’m not sure but it’s now unusable.
I can find no way of contacting the developer to get it fixed so this is my only hope.Discotex.
Poor edit page
Good loops but the whole app is not well designed.
No pause/play button in the edit screen.
This basic feature has been requested for years but developers don’t listen.

I’ve been using SessionBand apps for about two years. I love to write songs, and session band is like having your own band! Except even better because you have many different kinds of bands, jazz, rock, acoustic guitar, everything you need. Exactly when you want it. Highly recommend.Looper%%%%
Do not buy if you are planning to upgrade to ios 13 on ipad
I love this program it offers such potential for songwriting YET it does not work on ios 13 on the ipad. I have two ipad pros 10.5 one running 12.1 and the program works fine yet on my other ipad 10.5 running ipad ios 13 it seizes up as soon as you try to switch the alternative style modes. So frustrating because I also bought the acoustic guitar program and it exhibits the same behavior.
I do hope the developers will stay on top of this and put in the time to optimize this for ios 13 because obviously I will be upgrading all my devices to ios 13 which will prevent me from purchasing the other session band programs until these programs can work normally with ios 13.Show lesseuphoria3737
Solid app
Great sound - solid app. Recent update sorts some bugs that needed sorting. Very useful styles included, especially good for vocalists wanting to put together backing tracks.remjar9
Useful app for songwriters
This is one of the earlier session band apps. It’s easy to use and great fun. Ideal for songwriters. Audiobus 3 compatible for those who want to export loops to other packagesSherrif 123
