This program doesn’t work on my iPad and keeps giving me an error message, extremely inconvinient.
Frustrating to use
Prestigious post-secondary schools will try to find the worst mf software for students to use.
This app can barely function on iOS devices. It makes me reload the app 2-4 times every time I try to log in before it actually works.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. It simply does not work, and is required for all my courses. Just wonderful. Please fix your app.
Frustrating Experience with LockDown Browser
I recently had the misfortune of using the LockDown Browser for my online exams, and I have to say, it's one of the most unreliable tools I've encountered. Right from the start, the app was riddled with issues. It often crashes mid-exam, which not only disrupts the testing process but also adds unnecessary stress.
On multiple occasions, the browser wouldn’t recognize my webcam, leaving me unable to complete my exam. I even tried reinstalling the app and following all troubleshooting steps, but nothing seemed to work. The interface is clunky and not user-friendly, making it even more frustrating when you’re already under pressure.
Given the significant role it plays in academic integrity, it's crucial that a tool like this is dependable. Unfortunately, it feels like the developers haven’t prioritized reliability or user experience. I genuinely believe this app needs a complete overhaul or should be taken down until it can function as promised. Until then, I can't recommend it to anyone

DO NOT DOWNLOAD
This crashed my iPad Air 4th Gen. Could not leave the screen and would not even shut down. Needs a fix before using ever again.
I’m stuck on some website of a random school I don’t go to
I don’t know how to make this make sense but every time I open the app I’m on the website of the college of central Florida. I have no idea what school this is. Even when I delete the app and download it again, same thing. Explain that to me if you can….
Works Fine
This app works sometimes but I’ve encountered issues doing quizzes/exams with passwords. You’d honestly be better off using the PC or Mac version until the app is a bit better. If you need it in a pinch though it might be okay!
PLATFORM SUPPORT
Disregarding the fact that this service is clearly not stable or robust enough to be the “secure remote test taking” standard it is, I immediately have a problem with its implementation. I use Linux for everything I do on a computer, if something is built for windows I make it work or I use a virtual machine; both options that are NEAR IMPOSSIBLE with this 100% required for my several thousand dollar education. I know the user-base is small and I doubt any academic institution is going to push for support since their computers use windows or Mac, but if you are going to provide a service like this and sell it as an easy go to for educators, then make it work, and make it work everywhere. It’s not like a video game with an annoying anti-cheat that doesn’t work with a lot of things, people NEED this software and shouldn’t need to have another device or create a Microsoft account or Apple ID to use another OS to take a test. It’s a small gripe and I have my IPad, but with all these other reviews I just consider it an extra sign that they don’t really care about the user experience so long as its good enough for institutions to keep paying them.

Do not use on iPad
I had to use this app for a test for school, after 3 questions it exited my test. From there I could only go to my school’s website and nothing else. I tried everything to exit to app. I reported an issue through the app and all I got was an email on my phone saying to try the browser on a different computer and issue a report to my school. I read online and tried all the troubleshooting options. I tried command+opt+esc, powering off my iPad 4 times and even let it die hoping when it charged it would be back to normal. For three days it remained in this app not allowing me to even enter settings. I took it to Apple today and they had to completely wipe my iPad to get me out of this app. I wish giving zero stars was an option

The Worst App To Ever Have To Download for Online Tests
I had the displeasure of using this app for a college online Satistics course. The issue with this app is that it adds an extra layer of stress on top of the stress of taking a test online, AND it doesn’t even work properly for certain tests. In my case our Stats class requires the use of StatCrunch (an online calculator essentially) and the link in the test to StatCrunch WOULDNT WORK because of the LockDown browser. So I wasn’t able to do some of the questions on the test because I couldn’t access the online calculator for the class. Ridiculous. If a class is online and has online resources why use this terrible app that restricts any of the needed online resources?!?!? I would have gotten a 100 on the test but I had to solely rely on my Graphing calculator. STOP MAKING US USE THIS TERRIBLE APP OR FIX THE APP. I would give this app a 0 star if I could.
