This app is phenomenal. I used to weight 250 at 5’5. I was a bit obese to say the least. This app has changed all that, never before have I been able to log workouts so easy with a press on my screen. I can’t say enough good things, I have all my workouts stored in here and it’s so easy to input data. Not to mention the results I’m getting from the app outside the gym. I finally was able to reunite with my ex girlfriend. She always said if I lose the weight she’d take me back, and boy oh boy did she!! Thanks to Aidan ohara for changing my life!
