  • Give it a 3.5 star - great products crappy service!!

    Great products and quality is awesome.
    When it comes to Shipping it takes almost 3 to 4 weeks to Ontario from NY (it travels to Cali than BC and finally here instead of travelling 450 km it travels around 4500km give or take) and when you think you paid for shipping, taxes and duty - to recieve your package you pay almost $50 to retrieve your package …. If using use only seasonal or needed as their products are great overall the service not so much!

  • I shop exclusively at Adore Me for my lingerie

    I shop almost exclusively at adore Me for my lingerie and my athletic and lounge clothes and I have for the past several years. The lingerie is cute and sexy and always fits just perfectly. The prices are what I consider to be very reasonable. They have sales often if you’re a member, which I recommend because you actually save ten dollars on every matching bra and underwear set or lingerie piece when you join. They have a whole new drop of seasonal merchandise every month which is great if you like to keep things fresh and there is no need to purchase monthly, you can choose to shop or skip the month and you will not be charged if you skip. I’ve been a member for years and never had to return a purchase for any reason. Fit and quality are always on point. The only issue I have is that they have cancelled some of my orders for being too large. They prefer orders to be 15 items or less. Which, if you’re buying small items like underwear or socks, can add up quickly. I’ve just learned to place multiple small orders instead of one large order to avoid this happening. Overall, I’m very happy with the app, it’s laid out well and I can make purchases or choose to skip the month right on the app. I can’t speak about returns because that hasn’t been my experience but their customer service representatives are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend the brand and the app.

  • MY FAVORITE APP!!!!

    ADORE ME has literally changed my life!
    I didn't realize how different my clothes would look with high quality undergarments beneath them. No bulging, chafing, wedgies, or panty lines! I have so much more confidence knowing I don't have to worry about any of those things. And I've found my ADORE ME shopper really pays attention to what I do/don't like, what I want to conceal or stand out, & its gotten to the point that everything in my monthly box is something I love & I end up keeping everything! It did seem a little pricey at first, but now that I know the quality, the fit, & how well the materials hold up, it's so worth it! I no longer buy random, cheap undergarments that I may or may not like & probably won't last through many washings. And the app makes it super easy to find & purchase exactly what I want!

  • Careful Quebec Shoppers

    I love everything I’ve ordered from this app over the last few years, but my last 2 orders were flagged at customs and I was forced to pay duty taxes over 50% of purchase value to get my package at Canada Post.
    Unfortunately that just put an end to my membership.

  • Company is a scam

    At first I loved this. They send you a box with 3 items. You’re supposed to be able to try them on and see if you like them. First couple of boxes I would keep an item and send the rest back with no problems. The issue came when I got a box where I didn’t like any of the items. I opened them up, tried them on, took them off, and put them back. I returned the box and they charged me for the entire contents saying they were “damaged”. I reached out to customer support to see what happened and they refunded me. The next time I didn’t want any of the items the same exact thing happened, but this time I hadn’t even tried the items on. I just looked at them and knowing what happened before I decided not to risk it. I reached out to customer support when they charged me again but this time they were not helpful at all. I asked how they were damaged, was the box torn up in transport or what was wrong, and they couldn’t give me that information. I asked if I could have the items back since I paid for them and they refused. At that point I just cancelled my membership.

  • Elite Subscription is a scam

    I had the elite subscription then chose 3 sets to keep. After choosing to keep those 3 sets, I decided I’d cancel the membership for the time being, and noticed there was a promo going on where if you buy 3, the 3rd set is free.

    Talked to customer service and they said I would not be able to get the discount because it only works for regular orders, so I asked if I could return it because I didn’t understand why a subscriber would have to pay more than pay as you go shoppers. I’d much rather just get discounts on items and buy from them less frequently/spend less money overall.

    I was then told the promo isn’t for pay as you go (even though on the website it literally says valid on pay as you go OR VIP) and that I couldn’t return my items because I had already returned my box with the rest of my items and I couldn’t get another shipping label. I didn’t even ask for a return label or box, just an address. But all I got was a “thanks for your feedback, let me know if you want to become a VIP member”

  • This company’s a JOKE.

    The bras are poorly made with cheap material. I made one order then the company continuously
    Charged my credit card without my knowledge. When I called to get my money back the operator said that I was only get a portion of my money back…. Your better off going to la senza or Victoria’s Secret. 🤦🏽‍♀️

    Average Broz average quality they don’t last that long. Customer service is rude when you ask for your money back for shipments that never arrive. Customer service is very rude because I want is my money back and not a store credit!
  • IMPRESSED WITH ITEMS

    The 1st time I ordered I was impressed with the fit and fabric. The styles are unique and sexy. I was not impressed when Adore Me changed from $CDN to $USD only plus duty. I don’t order as often anymore because of the additional expense.
