This app seems like a strange joke to me. $20 for a low resolution fun photo app?
It does have a lot of frames & bubbles.
There are much better apps than this which allow you to adjust the position of the effect as well it's it's strength.Zwerlie

Photo editor apps a dime a dozen, and this one might be worth a dime
For an app that has been offered in the $20 range from time to time, this one might be worth 99¢, if you paid too much for iPhoto or Camera Awesome!. Others beware, this is a bare bones filter/instagram type app that doesn't do much more then that. If you're looking for photoshop, look somewhere else.Show lessTimex
Need higher picture quality
The collage function reduces resolution of the photos. Hope it can be improved. Others are okay.NhoxPirate
Where's the adjustment bar?..
Without the option of fine tuning, this is useless app for me.
