Terrible
I haven’t been able to log into my banking account for over a month now, can’t look at my spending, balance, or make mobile deposits because I can’t even log in. There are 2-3 different error messages that pop up every-time I attempt to log in. There is zero help available on the app. This is ridiculous.

Constant problems
This app never works for my husband. I don’t have as many issues, but he constantly has to redo his password. Then it comes back and says there are too many sign in attempts. He is so angry that he’s now moving to a different bank. I’m unhappy because this is a good bank, but their app makes it miserable

There’s a reason so Many customers use FNB and the mobile bank app. Use it daily with no issues.
