Useless! Irritating company, not properly developed the Spanish model for the UK job market - clearly does not care about its workforce just a means to make money from the clients, and bombards you with unwanted „job opportunities“ even when you have a job with them!
The day I walked out of my job with this company I celebrated!!
Now it is proving nigh on impossible to unsubscribe from incessant emails about jobs.
I wouldn’t work for this company again, ever!!
Far from recommending this company I would go our of my way to warn people to avoid it at all costs! Wish there was a zero star rating available!

The app doesn’t work
and this agency is terrible, I have been working for three weeks and still not been paid!!! I have spoken to customer support several times and all they can do is put notes on the system for payroll and accounts to follow up on. Plus I have raised an issue through payment queries on the app, I did receive an email back saying that it had been received and the problem still hasn’t been resolved!!! I uploaded all of the relevant documents and my bank details on the morning of my induction which was three weeks ago. I am having to go through the ombudsman now, so I recommend that you should give this agency a wide birth and avoid them.

Breached of data security
I want to closed this account after breached my account with my real details according from an antivirus i’m using, i have changed my details, and passwords and phone and addresses. You have screenshots about it,
But I can’t close it and as removed my details and phone number, I can’t do it my self only by email, that is out of order, so I changed everything I could and my phone number

Excellent service. My advisor Andrew has been a great help and very friendly. The app is very easy to use and has a fast process. Employed in no time without the hassle of filling out loads of forms and printing or scanning documents.
Not impressed
Trying to find a job is stressful enough without having to deal with a bug-ridden impersonal app that won’t even let you sign a contract for a job offer. To top it off, the company has no actual contact information where I am able to talk to a human being about the issue - just another impersonal email address. For a process centred around Human Resources, they’ve gotten it terribly wrong here.

Worst app ever
Worst app ever I have inputted my details at least 5-6 times and am constantly getting emails and texts telling me I haven’t provided bank details or I haven’t provided National insurance numbers I have done all of this over and over again I am working for them at the moment and the still haven’t got me down as working but they keep emailing me saying I need to provide bank details which I’ve done over and over and over again avoid like the plague!!!!!

God Awful Just Kill Me Now
Why oh why has employment become like this?
In the name of efficiency the zero hour service sector shafts us all to the point where we spend most of our lives ticking somebodies boxes instead of doing actual work.
Not that it matters as the pay is miserly but if I have to contend with another app like this I swear I’m going to build a time machine and go back to 5000BC where nobody ever asked you to upload proof of address ten times and life was simple.

Great for finding work
Only down side of applying and interviewing for a role, is it takes 2-3 weeks before you get the contract of employment even though the company has offered the job and a start date which you can’t do until your contract has been issued. Otherwise the app helps you reach out to decent jobs.
Very reliable, quick and helpful team
