Description of Simple Cards

Help build reading confidence with this flash card training loot! Don't let your child get frustrated with reading - practice together with this non-negative, positive reinforcement reading game! Add your own words to keep track of vocabulary and practice daily! "The kids all loved this app. With school just starting and being able to incorporate their weekly Vocabulary Word List (this was a big plus to parents!) it really makes the kids feel like they are reaching some reading goals. It is very easy to use, and the different levels allowed the kids to start where they were most comfortable and work their way up.The bright background colors and the large print size made it so visually appealing to all the kids. Keep up the great work!" - Lisa “I wanted a way for Ellie to practice reading where she could try words more than once” - Erik FEATURES: ● Vibrant, Visually Stimulating Colors ● Smooth Animations ● iPad and Retina Display Support ● No Ads! Reviews of Simple Cards

  • A very useful app

I have found this app to be very useful for teaching any subject. You can quickly make your own flash cards to assist in learning. For instance I wanted to learn some basic phrases and numbers on a foreign language. I created my own set of “flash cards” with the phrases I want to learn. The app presents the “flash cards” in random order. I would like to see a setting to display the “flash cards” in the order they are entered in the list. In my language learning procedure I would put the English phrase on the first card followed by the foreign language phrase on the second card. Since this option is not available (yet) I put both the English and foreign phrase on the same card. I’m sure I will find more improvements as I gain more experience with the app.
  • Need to exit and open the app again to switch level

It is annoying to switch level. Furthermore, if there is pronunciation will be nice.
  • Not fun

If my son touches the screen, like he would want to do, the word is gone and does not come back. I can't tell him not to touch the iPad.
