The range of tempo is between 40 and 240 BPM(beat per minutes). For example, if you set to 60 BPM, you will get a beat of one-second intervals. And set to 120 BPM, you will get a beat of 0.5-second intervals. You can set to match your physical condition. This app can call built-in calendar app. You can record a training memo to calendar app on your phone easily. NOTE. Overworking exercise is very dangerous.
