Worst app ever
I hate this app so much. I used to work for a company that used ADP. And their app is so user-friendly. That was seven years ago. Why is this app so far behind the times? It’s impossible to see how much time I have so that I know how to calculate my time off at the end of the week. I hate it, I hate it so much!
Also, why can’t I login using my Face ID. Why do I have to type out 9 different numbers every single time I login? It’s so stupid! They obviously don’t care. All of the reviews are bad and have been for years.Show lessSimchanna
App is crazy!
I’ve erased the app and downloaded it 20 times already and for some reason the button to clock in has disappeared and it doesn’t look like it’s coming back anytime soon. So I have an app that cannot perform one of its sole functions. Amazingscreamface
Glitched
Won’t let me push the continue button when trying to put in companies server number. When I push continue it is like it’s a text bar all it will let me do is write inside the button.Angel wolph
Absolutely horrendous
The accessibility on this app is atrocious, with too many menu options to jump through just to not find what you’re looking for. Want to see your archived time sheets? Maybe they exist, but they sure won’t load for you and there’s no loading indicator so you’ll stare at a white screen wondering if that’s all it’ll give you. Don’t want to horizontally scroll through a two week pay period incessantly or want to take a screenshot of the whole thing to back them up yourself? The app won’t even scale to landscape, with only the left side of the screen showing the vertical aspect ratio.
I also work in a tip adjusted position and my pay stubs rarely show my tip percentage/hourly and occasionally my full pay for the period. While that could be an issue with my employer, having such an illegible format is this app doubles down on the confusion.Show lessMomsSpaghetti

Punching in the first time *never* works. Always the second. Pages are redundant, like the “back” and “home” button in the same page. Not 100% user-friendly, and the formatting of the map and calendar on the Homepage is poorly placed.kittenoirr
Horrible!
This new update is terrible! I can’t tell if I’m punched in or out properly. I also can’t check past hours, punch times, or anything else I was able to before. The previous version was MUCH easier to use.pommesgal
New update terrible
Before new update things were okay, now the app is worthless. Can’t even see my punch in/out times. Whoever produced this new version of the app.. terrible job, but hey it looks fancy now! Switch it back to the old version. Simple and effective.Julrich94
Did we really need a whole new version?
This is awful. I can’t even figure out how many hours I’ve worked this week, let alone follow what is being shown. This new version makes no sense. It either has the whole month listed or it has random dates of the month. I just need to know simply how many hours I’m at currently and to be able to check when I clocked in and clocked out to make sure it read correctly. BAD Update
Until the latest update, I could check my time card activity and the last punch would be shown within minutes. I could also review and approve my punch details for payroll. None of this is available anymore. I relied on these to make sure that the HR department got things right. Why would you remove these from the app? Did too many business owners complain that too many employees were catching payroll mistakes by having this information so available? With this latest update, the only way I can check my time card is to log in to the time clock in the public hallway while others are either looking over my shoulder or waiting to punch in/out themselves. Not user friendly
The older version just showed the basics, which was fine. The new version is hard to navigate and does not show all your punches. You can only view the current pay period. Almost worthless.acdevvjtexvjt
