Not user friendly
The older version just showed the basics, which was fine. The new version is hard to navigate and does not show all your punches. You can only view the current pay period. Almost worthless.
Location
The location claims I’m clocking in at various locations 4-5 miles away. This is happening to many of my coworkers. I have checked that it’s not my phone creating the issue. All location permissions turned on.
Cant even get in??
When I try to even get past the first login screen it won’t let me tap “continue” it treats it as a text box

I clicked on "connect" and it wont do anything

The connect button does not work. Cannot log in!
Doesn’t work
I can not get pass the employee number. Tap on connect and it will let me edit the word connect. Guess the link doesn’t work.
Why?
My app is not user friendly. I can’t see anything other than when I’m supposed to work. I can’t do anything it advertises. iPhone 13. Then my job advertises pay on demand and there is nothing on my time clock that asks if I want to sign up and absolutely nothing on the app. I can’t see when I punch in and out. I can’t see open shifts I can’t do anything. It’s very plain and boring. And nothing exciting at all’s

Late in/early out
Please add the ability for managers to accept or decline late in/early out requests. If I request a vacation, it’s easy to see if it’s been approved or denied. But if I need an early off, there is no way for managers to approve or deny them within the app.
This makes it difficult to plan ahead as most often, managers forget to communicate approval or denial via email or phone and the employee has to make multiple inquiries to find out if they were approved or not.
It’s not your fault that my managers may fail to communicate, but you have included an in app approval process for vacations. Please do so for this as well. Will upgrade to 3 stars if implemented. Thank you

Current time not shown
Kind of annoying that it’s a time clock system, yet it doesn’t show the time on the Home Screen. Very annoying please fix this immediately.

The “Connect” interface at the very beginning of the app lets me type in the box instead of proceeding forward.
