Horrible Design
You’d think that a company with a responsive, well designed website would hire a programmer to provide a better app solution that what is available. The app is garbage. It has an old iOS look/feel and not friendly at all. Why with all the advanced authentication that we have now, do I still have to manually log in EVERY TIME to this app to clock in and out? Can we not put a remember me checkbox or something? Put some effort into it please.

The new app is awful, please go back to the old platform. This app is so terrible now.
Garbage
Doesn’t allow me to even enter the app. I try to click connect and it doesn’t do anything.
Dont get this
Terrible. Lags. Resets. Recently had a three week period where I had no clock option. Uninstalled, reinstalled 3 times. Clock option miraculously showed back up. Would give zero if I could
Flawed?
Lets just say it is “Flawed”. If I was to set out to pay an engineer to design an app that is the most unintuitive app I could have them build, then I would hire the person or team that designed this app. Using a “hamburger dropdown” to transfer to another job after scrolling through to operations? Why? How about put the transfer and the punch in or out in the exact same spot on the same page? When selecting a job, why can I only see 2-3 jobs? How about fix the scrolling and use the entire page? And I do not know who decided that you can just deduct lunch break automatically, but there are laws that say otherwise! I will be submitting this to the BBB and likely speaking with my attorney about this.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. It never works properly and always freezes. Please I beg of you don’t switch to this scheduling app.
Connect issue
Still can’t even login, need to get this problem resolved for more than just myself.
I can’t even enter my user name in
So I just downloaded the app and I tried to enter my user name, but the connect button does not work. When you click the connect button, it tries to edit the word. So weird. Even when I hit return on the keyboard, that doesn’t work either. Anyone else have this issue?
Make it go back to the way it was
The app was actually good and easy to navigate around but after the update it just got really confusing and hard to understand. Can’t check my hours or nothing anymore.
