Inconsistent tracking displays
Best way to track runners in the New York City, Marathon, however, the display of pro women versus pro men had inconsistencies in showing relative place. Please improve the feed for next year.
not functional at key moments
Literally stopped working moments before my tracked runners were set to come up and missed them. They need to fix the servers, it was crashing all day long

Personally for me to track my friends I thought the app worked really well. The features were user friendly. I thought it worked well day off with no lag time or issues.

I love this app
This is the best app I have ever experienced in terms of functionality and usability. The tracking is accurate, the live feeds are great, and the ability to follow anyone you want without them knowing is fantastic. 10/10 all around
Keep Getting Error Messagr
Created an account, logged in and tried to enter a runners number and name to track them. Been getting a server error every time. Using a Apple phone. My wife used her Samsung phone. She was able to access the program and track our son. Disappointed it did not work with my Apple device.
Cannot track runners
The only reason I downloaded the race app was to track friends who are running - but every time I try to find someone, I get an error message saying "Cannot connect to server." It's given me the same message for days now, so I'm over it. Somehow the functionality gets worse every year.
