Difficult to use
I would like to submit receipt for reimbursement but this updated app doesn’t allow you to do what was previously easy to do.
Locked my account
My account was locked when I failed to upload a receipt from the optometrist. Now, after uploading the receipt several times, I am still unable to access my money. Not great.
Waste of time
I had funds on this account with my employer and one day they went missing. I’ve been attempting to call, just to be told wait time is 6 minutes and I’m waiting for 25 minutes just to be told no agents are available and the call ends. I EVEN CALLED right when they OPENED! On top of that I have emailed them and have no received an answer.

Not happy
When making changes to the apps. It is now not give me a place to submit my claims. therefore causing problems in getting things in in a timely manner so that my money isn’t given back to you

Both app and website are constantly down. You post deposits late. Fix your issues!

Wish it wouldn’t time out every time you step away from the app. Change it to stay open for a chosen amt of time. Say 10 minutes once you login.
They keep your money!
Filing a claim is a chore and they take months to reimburse. When you call to speak with someone they give excuses of their claims reimbursement department being extremely backlogged. I wish the City and County of Denver would have stayed with Alerus.
Really bad
Terrible user interface, have to login every time with a code sent to you even when using Face ID, can’t get reimbursed through the app like they say you can, very slow even on a fast connection. If you have to use it I’m sorry. The website is fine so I’d highly recommend that instead of the app. There’s a reason why it has so few reviews and most of those are poor ratings.
