Temporarily diverts forgot password functionality to the web application
Just logged into my account and the entire app has changed/been redesigned. I use this app all of the time, and thought it was well laid out previously and gave me access to everything I needed. I thoroughly dislike the new app. It is not intuitive and it’s harder to find what I need. I ended up having to login to my online account instead of using the mobile app to do what I needed to do. It also forced me to set a passcode instead of my normal login information, which I don’t like. I should have the option of whether I set that up. Overall, a big thumbs down! It doesn’t seem like they kept the end user in mind at all with the redesign.
